R&P is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team supporting a major PEO SHIPS program in Washington, DC. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need an Earned Value Management Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

  • Provide EVM, contract, IMS, and CDRL analysis support for PEO Ships' shipbuilding program offices.
  • Develop standard procedures and reporting formats to help develop EVM resources for the programs.
  • Provide EVM oversight, including data analysis and validation
  • Assist in conducting contractor Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS) Validation reviews.
  • Provide Program Performance Metric recommendations, program baseline change control logs, and EVMS Descriptions.
  • Provide support for Program Integrated Baseline Reviews, including IBR planning, documentation reviews, IBR conduct, report writing, and integration of IBRs with program performance surveillance.
  • Work with internal client staff, other analysts, external contractor support, and management to evaluate current EVM data and process improvements.
  • Work with minimal supervision and will have substantial latitude for unsupervised decision and action.


  • Bachelor's Degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, or related disciplines.
  • 6-10 years’ experience in program/project management and EVM.
  • Experience with program office level EVM.
  • Familiarity with software packages (e.g., Deltek Cobra, wInsight and MPM)
