R&P is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team supporting a major PEO SHIPS program in Washington, DC. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need an Integrated Logistics Support Manager ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

  • Provide overall ILS Management task leadership demonstrating working knowledge and understanding of the complex requirements and financial analyses required to support the execution of an ACAT I shipbuilding program.
  • Program management support to the Program Office Logistics Department in the development, review, and approval of Ship Logistics products.
  • Generate reports, schedules, recommendations, plans, performance metrics, and briefs as necessary to assist in the management of Class logistics program.
  • Provide support in the area of Operational Maintenance and Readiness planning.
  • Provide support in the area of Manpower, Personnel and Training (MP&T).
  • Provide support in the area of supply and technical data, including assistance with and coordination of prime contractor and Government field activity efforts to create provisioning technical data, Allowance Parts Lists, technical manuals and other related technical data.
  • Assist in supply support planning and execution necessary to conduct development and operational testing, and operation of land based test sites.
  • Assist in manning, manpower, and workload analysis through the completion of studies with recommendations to modify the ships manning and workload to support ship configuration changes.
  • Support ILS product management across all SCN Transfer materials necessary to prepare the homeports to facilitate Fleet Introduction for arrival of New Construction Ships.


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum of 10 years of demonstrated in-depth experience and specialized knowledge in the field
  • Seven (7) years of supervisory experience directly related to supporting DoD program offices with emphasis on ILS Management.
  • Demonstrated working knowledge and understanding of the complex requirements to support the execution of an ACAT I shipbuilding program.
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting Navy ILS acquisition and life cycle documentation and initiatives encompassing provisioning, sustainment, modernization and readiness
  • Must possess and exercise diplomatic tact and have the capability and capacity to develop and manage complex business relationships with multiple organizations.
  • Must be proficient in the full suite of Microsoft Office products and tools.
  • Travel (10-20%) may be required.
  • SECRET security clearance is required.
