R&P Technologies is looking for a dynamic and motivated Technical Recruiter who wants to learn and grow with our company! We are a growing Engineering Services firm that supports DoD and DHS. The ideal candidate will have previous experience recruiting in the government contractor sector, particularly working with the US Navy and US Coast Guard.

As R&P’s Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for providing highly qualified candidates with various skillsets and levels to support Hiring Managers for their open positions. You will be required to work closely with the Director of Business Development and Hiring Managers to understand their business needs and provide a sound strategy on how to staff their positions. You will also support proposal development, company branding and marketing efforts. Some travel may be required for this position. Specific job duties and responsibilities are described below.
Proposal development experience is a plus.
Must be able and willing to travel.
Secret Security Clearance desired.
