  • Overview

    R&P is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Junior Engineer ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.


    • Provides rudimentary engineering support
    • Conducts and market research, cost-benefit analysis, and trade studies.
    • Authors a variety of technical engineering documents such as system and subsystem designs. Conducts and documents requirements analysis and bidirectional traceability.
    • Engages in active risk management.


    • BS in Engineering
    • Minimum of one-year of demonstrated experience
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Secret Clearance
    • US Citizen
