  • Overview

    R&P is looking for a motivated individual who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need an Electrical Engineer ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.


    • Perform surveys, studies, analysis, ship-checks, and technical reports for material readiness on electrical and electronic engineering systems.
    • Work with NSWC Philadelphia ISEA to design, assemble, integrate, test, document, troubleshoot, install, repair, and service prototype and test articles for Navy shipboard applications. Testing could include MIL SPEC noise, shock, vibration and EMI qualifications.
    • Provide technical support to R&P manufacturing team for assembly, integration, testing, troubleshooting, resolution of design issues, installation, repair, and maintenance of prototype and test article components and equipment.
    • Develop and maintain technical documentation, files, drawings, technical reports, and review drawings/specifications.


    • BS Degree electrical engineering or other similar engineering program.
    • Six (6) years of general EE experience which includes three (3) years of specialized maritime or military power distribution equipment or system experience to include marine power plants, propulsion control systems, electrical and lighting distribution system, navigation and electronics system design, installation and operation.
    • Experience should demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot, repair, test, and provide technical guidance on equipment and systems
    • Secret Security Clearance
    • US Citizen
