Overview

R&P is looking for a [ADJECTIVE] [individual, professional, candidate, person] who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a [JOB TITLE] ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provide daily program, analytical, and acquisition management support to senior level program officials.
  • Provide detail-oriented management of records, business research analysis, and valuation strategies.
  • Support efforts to facilitate and provide required technical information to IPTs, special advisory boards, off-sites, working groups, and audit teams.
  • Maintain all working documents and store all program deliverables on a PMS377 Amphibious exchange/Integrated Development Environment (IDE) or an approved SharePoint.
  • Support in the day-to-day operation, general support, development, maintenance, and administrative support to the Program Office’s approved SharePoint/IDE (PMS377 Amphibious eXchange or equivalent).
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of a searchable electronic inventory of all design documentation produced under this Task Order and utilized by the design team and PMS377.
  • Maintain historical electronic documentation using Project Management System - PMS377 Amphibious eXchange or approved IDE.
  • Archive and store hard copies of historical documentation, along with all other records as required.
  • Receive, log, track, and store classified documents, up to SECRET, in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Provide comprehensive, detailed, and timely communications and reports to all stakeholders.
  • Support various administrative tasks.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Should have strong computer, finance, and analytical skills.
  • Must be able to work with or lead teams.
  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain/maintain a DoD Secret security clearance.

Salary
