R&P is seeking a Program Analyst to support the U.S. Navy’s FFG(X) Frigate Shipbuilding Program Office (PMS 515). PMS 515 is responsible for the design, production, test and delivery of the U.S. Navy’s next generation Frigate, currently designated FFG(X). Work will be performed on-site at Naval Sea Systems Command Headquarters located at the Washington Navy Yard in Washington DC and at contractor facilities nearby.
Provide support to the customer in the execution of the following tasks:
Manage and maintain weekly and biweekly distribution lists.
Attend meetings in support of PMS 515, capture meeting minutes, and manage the associated action tracker.
Oversee and update the customer's SharePoint site.
Develop briefing packages utilizing MS Office Suite of Products
Coordinate with the stakeholder community to identify opportunities for improving GFE processes, capturing efficiencies, and enhancing program plans based on best practices.
