Overview

R&P is looking for a motivated professional who wants to join our team. We are a small-sized defense contractor providing Engineering, Logistics, Program Management and Technical Services to government clients. We need a Junior Test Analyst ready to join a fast-paced and exciting work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Track and document daily test execution and progress.
  • Provide weekly test burn down graphs, and testing status charts.
  • Receive and log all callouts from the Shipbuilder.
  • Assign and track actions in the technical support management system.
  • Receive and transmit CDRLs to and from the Shipbuilder.
  • Support the AIT Manager by providing admin assistance to include:
    • Updating work item progress and tracking
    • Updating briefing presentations
    • Logging communications between AITs and the waterfront and program offices
    • Meeting minutes and agenda preparation
    • Conference preparation
    • Updating MS Team files, memberships, and events

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or GED plus 2 or more years related experience. 
  • Familiarity with working in a shipyard.
  • Strong communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
  • Active secret security clearance or ability to obtain one.
  • Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and overall MS Office suite
  • Able to communicate with various personnel in written and oral from in a professional manner.
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time and meet deadlines
  • Strong Customer service focus.
  • Must be able to work independently and with a team.

Salary

R&P offers a highly competitive compensation package that includes contributions towards health insurance, 401(k) matching, and other non-salary benefits. Exact salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
