R&P Technologies, LLC (R&P) is a Small Business with a multi- disciplinary technical consulting team providing a broad range of programmatic, technical, and waterfront services in support of the Department of Defense, Department of Homeland Security, and several commercial customers.

R&P is an established leader in the fields of Naval and Maritime Hull, Mechanical and Electrical engineering services, with specialties in propulsion and electrical control systems. In addition, R&P continues to provide expertise to the U.S. Navy and U.S. Coast Guard in the areas of acquisition/new construction, readiness, maintenance, modernization, sustainment, AIT services and life cycle management. R&P core disciplines include Engineering, Assessments, Combat Systems Configuration and Baseline Management, Test & Evaluation Support, Industrial Availability Support and Logistics.

R&P continuously pursues opportunities to provide innovative solutions in support of our customers’ requirements while supporting the growth of our employees. R&P currently employs more than 75 employees located in various locations throughout the country including; Washington D.C., Virginia Beach, VA, Mobile, Al, Marrinette WI and San Diego, CA, with an office opening in Mayport, FL.
